Greek Village Cohousing Open House!

Surrounded by some of the most celebrated foods on earth. Olive orchard, farm, vineyard, hiking trails. walking distance. 20 minutes from the heart of a vibrant city and world class beaches.
Completed site layout, working on Common House design currently. Breaking ground on 35 homes and a very generous Common House in 2024. Looking for adventurous internationals and communitarians who want the opportunity to be a co-creator— for the deepest sense of belonging and living your values.
Parents- more are choosing to raise their children outside the US. Greece has one of the lowest crime and violent crime rates of the entire world and of Europe. Children are adored and thrive. The culture is one of social gatherings, cooking healthy or eating out, trips to the breach, experiential history, family gathering rather than in front of the computer each night. Greek children have one of the highest rates of advance college educations and Cambridge English certificates in Europe, and children start English at age 4, so expat kids can communicate and fit right in. Our community will be heaven for raising children.
Remote workers- our common house will have a gorgeous co-working space with recording studios. Why not work in paradise, with a view of the Taygetos mountains, and spend your evening cooking with us, at the beach, or lounging at the taverna in a nearby vibrant town?
