Every Attendee over 18 must first book and attend a full Info. Coffee and attend orientation as an Explorer member.

*We require every adult member of the family to attend an information coffee, as well as at least one orientation, (primary having atttended all 3) in order to preserve your and our professional's time and energy. Having this foundation of knowledge ensures your trip is productive and joyful for all and also ensures there are no mismatched expectations.

a €500 non-refundable deposit per household is required to reserve a place on a scheduled site visit. If you cancel more than 45 days before the trip: all amounts paid beyond the deposit will be refunded

If you cancel 30 to 45 days before the trip: 50% of the amounts paid beyond the deposit will be refunded
