What is Explorer Membership?
 

Explorer membership is the first "Intentional community" Step to a a More Connected, Resilient Life.
--It is also the bridge between dreaming of a life in Greece and actually living it.

The community-led housing movement began in Denmark with a belief that village isn’t just built from stone and mortar, but from mutual support, mutual fun and celebration, a common vision and values, community service, good governance, and intentionality for a a life shared.

Explorer membership is a successful, time-tested cohousing tradition, and a great way to begin.

Cohousing is not traditional real estate.  Cohousing is community-led in formation, and Explorer membership immerses you in the concept of intentional community.  This membership is the door through which you are eligible to invest and live in our village.

It’s a low-risk, high-immersion stage designed to answer your biggest question: 'Is this my future home?'.   Instead of just buying a house and hoping for the best, you join the co-creators. You’ll help shape our community culture, walk the land in Greece, and begin to form the deeper friendships that make a place feel like home long before you move in.

Walk the Land: Participate in member site visits and layout workshops in Greece to feel the literal ground beneath your feet.

Gain Clarity: Through orientations and practical previews, you’ll understand exactly what to expect—no 'purchase promises,' just honest exploration.
