Day 1: ATHENS
(THURSDAY October 9th)
Welcome Dinner in Beautiful Plaka
**Meet at 6 pm at the Acropolis metro sign to enjoy a lovely dinner together beneath the Acropolis in lights.
Anytime, Anywhere
Stay in Plaka or Koukaki. We suggest the Herodion Hotel for a 4 star luxery experience with an Acropolis view-directly across from the Acropolis Museum.
Alternative- stay in Koukaki in an airbnb. The star represents the area where Evi can best serve you in getting you settled. It is 20 minutes walk to the Acropolis, vibrant, and is less expensive,

Friday October 10:
*Breakfast & Reflections: Meet at Metro Sign for Sygrou Fix Metro stop. Bring your luggage (1 carryon is all that is needed and is recommended)
*Walk to nearby Volta4u car rental and rent car(s) separately or together.
Drive to Sparta, Laconia. Address: Menelaion Hotel:
Saturday: Wake early and wander the open air market day, or sleep in, and meet at 9:30 am outside the Menelaion hotel for car share to the site.
Full 2 hour tour of the entire Wellness and Lifestyle Community, of which our cohousing village will be a part (spa, hotel, farm, winery area, and more). End on the the plot with plenty of time to absorb and beauty of the site.
Lunch in nearby Xirocambi
Sunday: Wake and explore Sparta. Meet at 9:30 am outside the Menelaion Hotel. Spend time understanding the site layout and home details- choose your home location. Afternoon/event trip to seaside Gythio with a meal and group choice of activities.
Monday: Monday the 13th is a day to explore the region and have fun. There are several options: Visit an intentional community in Nemia, Visit gorgeous Nafplio, Visit the UNESCO site and inspiration for Taygetes Cohousing Villlage- Monemvasia, or stay at a hotel for sale on the beach in Corinth. The group will decide where we will spend Monday and where we will stay on Monday evening.
***It is Much better to stay all together in the same hotel in Sparta.
We have a special Greek Village Cohousing rate at this hotel. Singles should be around €70 a night With a substantial breakfast and good wifi, and couples should be €90 a night.
The location is ideal, and they know us. Thus, please contact them separately via email or a phone call (much better to always do this in most areas of Greece outside Athens- rather than use Booking.com or Airbnb.

We will be flying into Chania airport from Athens on October 14th. Full trip details will be provided once participants have signed the nondisclosure and tour agreement, as the property is currently on the market. Both the Peloponnese and Crete portions of the tour are designed for small groups of 3 to 6 households. Keeping the group this size ensures that each person has the time and space to ask questions, connect meaningfully, and experience what life in each place could feel like.
