• Hands-On Village Design – Join participatory workshops that help shape Greek Village Cohousing’s first mountain village.

• Nature, Wellness & History – Organically enjoy and explore the area. Perhaps a drive to swim in clear blue seas of Gythio beaches, soak up local spa amenities at nearby UNESCO site Mystras, or wander the open air market in the ancient streets of Sparta.

• Authentic Greek Living – Eat in small family tavernas, learn about the local food economy, and get to know the rhythms of life in Peloponnesos.

Exploratory Tour of cohousing community property and larger Wellness Resort. Learn about amenities, homes. Enjoy lunch together in nearby village.

Included in Your Cost:

Access to guided tours of the intentional community locations. These are not properties anyone can view on their own, and all of the maps, plans, and extensive amenities are part of a robust tour. The amenities on this site are amazing.
Traditional lunch after the tour at nearby charming village.
All scheduled group sessions and workshops
- Facilitated discussions on intentional living, vision and values, and living sustainably.
- Insider Guidance on Relocating to Greece — including how your home purchase here could make you eligible for a Golden Visa, residency pathways, tax considerations, and other practical steps toward making your move permanent.
- Facilitated Design Workshops (for four or more households with Explorer Members) — structured collaborative sessions to imagine and plan our future homes and shared spaces.

Not Included:

Accommodation (you’ll book directly — we provide GVC discounts and step by step instructions with links)
Transportation (tour participants gather in 2-3 online Zoom meetings, and some participants choose to share cars).
Meals and drinks (Greece is full of amazing, delicious, and quite inexpensive food)
Airfare or other personal travel costs
Optional activities during free time
For hotel and food and incidentals (all but airfare), a solo traveler might expect to pay roughly 600-900 for these 5 days. Sharing a room might reduce this to 400-650.
